L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Range 

It has been a good while since I have last spoken much about skincare, so let us dive into some of the products that I have been utilizing lately.  Now if you have been following me on Instagram, I am pretty sure that all of you would remember a little care package that was came to my doorstep from L'Oreal Paris a couple of weeks ago.


This was given as a beautiful gift and even though I was happy going about my usual regime with Clarins, I was looking for something a little more, so I decided to give these products a go and see if they would benefit my skin in any way.

The range

Now the first thing to take note of is that the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 range is a pretty big one; with their products ranging from serum, eye cream, power water, day cream and night cream. Admittedly it's quite a hefty collection to follow through religiously everyday but I decided to give them a go for a good two weeks to see the outcome.


So since the range has been tried and tested, lets recap the overall usage of the products for the past two weeks. So to begin, let's start off with the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Power Water.

The Revitalift Laser X3 Power Water is a great cleanser that does not need an overpowering amount of product to be used on the face. Packaging is long and sleek and formulation wise it gives a very cool and refreshing feeling once applied to the face. It has a lovely floral scent that is not too strong as well.

However, keeping up with dry skin, it is best not to overuse this product too much. Optimum usage is once a day for if you would to do it twice, your skin might get dry and will have cause to peel. Best to take a cotton pad, put a light amount on and swipe it gently across the face to remove impurities.

The second step that comes in after the water is the Revitalift Laser X3 Renewing Anti Aging Serum that can be used daily in the morning. This product gives a refreshing effect to the skin, giving off a plump, radiant look while the formulation penetrates to moisturize and hydrate the skin texture.


However, one thing that did cause doubt; was that after application the serum gave off a rather shiny effect; which caused me to question if the product had fully managed to absorb well into the skin. However, seeing its potential after two weeks, I guess that was not the issue as the skin did look more firmer than before with a slight reduction on the pores and wrinkles.

Now given that I have been through my daily dose of different eye-creams, the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser 3 Anti- Aging Transforming Eye Cream is quite intensive. Given that it's a small tube of 15ml, you would think that there would be nothing much to talk about but seeing the latter; it concentrates on a triple action (Correct Wrinkles, Unpuff and Retighten) that is able to give a new youthful eye look in a span of just two weeks.


This product holds quite a creamy consistency, so its best to be used daily in the morning and evening on cleansed skin around the eyes. The product is evenly distributed due to its well-formed packaging and cooling metallic applicator plus its silky light texture will also be able to hydrate the skin while leaving it smooth and supple around the eyes.

Next up on the list is L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti- Aging Eye Cream. Now I am not much of a user of day creams but after trying it on for two weeks and reading its description which is able to resurface, correct wrinkles, re-plump and redensify, the skin is definitely much smoother than before.


I think what really surprised me though was that after two weeks my skin did not have any dryness and had no cause of breakouts. There is definitely good formulation in the product and although the texture might be of a thick consistency, the effectiveness of the eye-care is certainly there. Best to be used during the morning and evening on cleansed skin.

The L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti Aging Night Cream Mask on the other hand has a lighter feel than the day cream and even though it does not really assist with giving the skin much of a hydration boost (despite its quick absorption), the one thing I will say is that it definitely does retain moisture and keeps it in check.


As for reducing the pores, I might need to check back with you on that as after two weeks there wasn't much of a visible difference. However having dry skin will sometimes do that to you so maybe after longer usage; there might be a significant change.
