UNIQLO opens first store in Kelantan

UNIQLO announced that its first store in the state of Kelantan will open on November 24 at AEON Mall Kota Bharu. In conjunction with the new store opening, customers can expect attractive offers that are exclusive and limited to the opening month. UNIQLO will also be doing its part for the local community by providing underprivileged children in the state a memorable in-store shopping experience and clothing for the holiday season. 

The new store will feature a wide range of UNIQLO LifeWear clothing for men, women, and children including popular UNIQLO lines, such as AIRism - an innovative and functional material that is breathable and moisture-wicking for optimal comfort in Malaysia’s hot and humid weather, available in a wide range of clothing from t-shirt, mask, innerwear, outerwear, hijab and more; UNIQLO core collection - from tops and bottoms, including jeans for work and leisure, loungewear and sports utility wear for both men and women, clothes for kids and babies as well as accessories like shoes, belt, and bags; and UT or UNIQLO T- shirts that offer an array of authentic pop culture and art graphics from around the world, allowing the wearer to express their individuality.

New Store Welcomes Underprivileged Children In line with UNIQLO’s sustainability pillar of Society, which takes a strong stand in making the world a better place through the power of clothing, the new store will be hosting more than 30 children from orphanages and welfare homes in Kelantan for an in-store shopping experience. 

Each child will be given a budget to shop for clothing they would like to wear during the school breaks in December ’22, and next year. Besides new clothes, the children will be participating in activities such as tote  bag painting and learning how a clothing retail store is run by UNIQLO staff.
