Suria KLCC Group Illuminates Deepavali 2025 with Lotus of Light Celebration

This Deepavali, the Suria KLCC Group invites Malaysians to bask in the radiant glow of unity and tradition through its captivating Lotus of Light celebration — a thoughtfully curated experience spanning Suria KLCC, Alamanda Shopping Centre, and Mesra Mall. Running from October 6 to 22, the campaign transforms these destinations into radiant sanctuaries of colour, light, and cultural splendour, culminating in the joyous festival of Deepavali on October 20.

A Symbolic Tribute to Renewal and Togetherness

Drawing inspiration from the lotus flower — a timeless emblem of purity, enlightenment, and rebirth — this campaign serves as a poetic reflection of Malaysia’s vibrant cultural harmony. According to Francis Tan, Chief Executive Officer of Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd, this year’s theme is more than a visual spectacle; it’s a meaningful celebration of togetherness. “The lotus perfectly represents what Deepavali stands for — the triumph of light, hope, and new beginnings. Through this campaign, we hope to create memorable experiences that unite people across all walks of life,” he shared.

Suria KLCC: A Radiant Garden in the Heart of the City

Step into Suria KLCC’s Centre Court, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by a breathtaking illuminated installation — an ethereal garden glowing with artistic light displays and intricately designed kolam motifs. Beyond the visuals, the mall celebrates the essence of Indian classical art with captivating Bharatanatyam performances scheduled throughout the campaign. On Deepavali day (October 20), visitors can also indulge in a Henna Workshop, offering a beautiful way to immerse themselves in the festival’s cultural artistry.

Mesra Mall: Deepavali Joy Across the East Coast

From October 16 to 26, Mesra Mall in Kemasik, Terengganu, carries the Lotus of Light spirit to the East Coast, ensuring the joy of Deepavali reaches communities beyond the city.

The mall’s elegant lotus-themed installation adds charm to its festive setting, encouraging families and visitors to embrace the celebration together while enjoying cheerful photo spots that embody unity and inclusivity.

A Unified Celebration Across Three Destinations

Through this coordinated, multi-mall celebration, the Suria KLCC Group showcases a visionary approach to retail experiences — one that seamlessly blends cultural appreciation, shopper engagement, and visual storytelling.
