honestbee | Fresh & Fast Grocery Delivery Service

Nowadays, the convenience of shopping has been made all the more easier when it is done from home, and I cannot tell you guys how many services I have gone through especially for this that has made the experience all the more doubtful for me; especially when it comes to ordering groceries- but now I am quite happy to share that I have found a reliable one, that actually eases your transaction smoothly and delivers promptly with excellent customer service.


In all honesty, this service is pretty new to me and to the market, but seeing that I wanted a fresh perspective in terms of ordering groceries online, I gave it a go. Plus after experiencing it, I do wish for the brand to go forth and expand well because there is honestly just nothing like it.

Hence moving forth, let's talk about honestbee. So similarly like some online services like Tesco, Happy Fresh, and TM Farms, honestbee is an online platform that delivers groceries and household items.


The special thing here is though is that there is a variety of stores to select from, and they have many like Ben's Independant Grocer, Buka Bento Ingredient Store and Freshest Imported Fruits. They even have food delivery on their app (soon to be launched on the web) and specialty sites like Bloom This,  Premium Cheese Cakes, Health & Nutrition Boutique and Exclusively Imported Wines at your disposal as well.

How Do We Use It?

The Main Page

Well, once you have made your selection on which platform you would want to choose from, head on over and pick out your items. They have a rather orderly section on the left hand side of the website that categories your groceries, so just scroll on over and make a selection - whether it would be from fresh fruits, bakery,frozen fruits, or even household & cleaning.

When would you want your groceries to be delivered

Now once you have all your items in your basket, click on the cart on the upper right had corner and head on out to the check out site. The delivery fee is usually free if you order in bulk but you would need to pay a small concierge fee instead which would be about RM2-RM4 in total. I should also mention that you can also insert a certain instruction for your items, if the need arises.

The Progress

Hence, once you have that all done, it is now time to key in your details, like your method of payment, your delivery address, so on and so forth. You can also choose your delivery time suited to your convenience. Also if you have a rebate code (which I will insert in for my readers below), key that in as well as it can save you some money on your total too.

Once your order is confirmed, it is time to sit back, relax and wait for your items to arrive. You can even check the status on the website, where it will show you its progress; from preparing, to on the way, and being delivered.

On the Customer Service

However here is the cool thing I like about this. Just in case an item you want is not in stock, a honestbee Concierge Shopper will get in contact with you. Now if they can't reach you through a call, they will send you a message stating who they are and what items are currently unavailable. The best part is though, is that they will also suggest a replacement to go along with it, which is great because it eases your transaction when it comes to ordering, plus it remains hassle free.

Once agreed, they will then deliver it to your doorstep, and will go all the way to assist by carrying the products inside, which is great when some of them are quite heavy.  Once the delivery is completed, they will ask you to electronically sign to complete the transaction and you are basically done.

On overall, the whole experience was wonderful for me because honestbee's customer service was top notch and comparing to some experiences in the past, where some upon my doorstep would only let me know at the last minute that the item was unavailable, or would tell me that the transaction online didn't go through, so they would come another time to charge my card in person - this is completely hassle free.


I would certainly be ordering from them more often and as mentioned before, I am certainly looking forward to seeing the brand grow for I have nothing but love and support for them.
