Holy Grail Moisturising Face Sunscreen | Suntegrity Impeccable Skin Review

Alright you guys, so I haven't gotten this excited about a base product in a good while, and this new addition to the brand Suntegrity just blew my mind. Now this is the Impeccable Skin Moisturising Face Sunscreen that you can get at TNS Skinlab, and it is a 5-1 tinted sunscreen that boosts skincare, SPF and makeup benefits which means it gives you beautiful coverage, great protection and visibly reduces the signs of aging all in one go.

Suntegrity Impeccable Skin Moisturising Face Sunscreen

Now what I absolutely love about this is that this product is curated and formulated without any form of  oils, parabens, phthalates and silicones, plus it has a broad spectrum of SPF30 and blue light protection to help prevent any further damage when you wear it out. Now I have listed down the benefits that you will get from the product below for reference, but in the meantime in terms of shade range, it comes available in 5; which is in Fair, Light, Buff, Ivory and Sand.
Benefits:

  • Vitamin C + E - antioxidant protection that feeds & nourishes the skin
  • Peptides visibly reduce the signs of aging and provide an overall smoothing effect
  • Non-Nano Zinc Oxide provides Broad Spectrum SPF 30 protection
  • Melanin protects the skin from damaging blue/violet light
  • Hyaluronic Acid provides long lasting hydration
  • Environmental Shield - protects against pollutants and allergens while preserving skin's natural barrier function

Currently I am wearing the shade in Sand, and you guys the coverage on this is absolutely beautiful. The consistency buffs out smoothly, it doesn't settle into any fine lines and it gives a very even coverage to the skin. It is honestly one of the best formulations that I have encountered in terms of SPF products and for a fact that it gives the skin a very natural and radiant glow when applied on, I am 100% sold on it.

However what I found particularly interesting about it was a certain ingredient, because keep in mind that this product was formulated using a new technology; one that has recreated melanin in the product. Now I have not seen this before because melanin is usually something that is found within the skin (because its a biological pigment that disperses UV light that protects you from the sun) but by recreating this synthetic ingredient, this product can now somehow mimic how natural melanin works in our skin. It is customisable to the foundation shades upon blending, is not greasy, has no white cast and is non-toxic, which all in all is pretty exciting.

On overall you guys, I absolutely love this product. It goes over like a thin canvas, doesn't cake up, doesn't enhance pores and is extremely lightweight. However I do have to disagree on its description where it states that it has a matte formulation, because I have been wearing it out for a few days now and it gives me more of a glowy and dewy finish rather than a mattifying one. However this is a good thing because when it comes to moisturising sunscreens or tinted moisturisers, I rather have a base that is hydrating and dewy in hand; rather than a matte one.

In terms of its retail though, it is quite up there in price for a full size of 2oz retails at RM299. It is a luxury buy at this point, but I do really think for its finish, benefits and coverage, it would be quite a worthwhile investment in the long run.
