Clinelle Whitenup EE Cream and Micellar Cleanser Review

It has been a hot minute since we have reviewed a brightening skincare range on this site, but Clinelle has been one of those beauty brands that have been pretty consistent with their releases as of late and here we have in hand their newest range; one which is their Micellar Cleansers in three which are Brightening, Hydrating and Purifying alongside their Miracle EE (Even Effect) Cream in the shades Natural and Ivory.

So lets chat bit about their cleansers because what we find interesting is that their range actually applies to different wants to each person's skin type; and thus with that, these also cater well to sensitive skin. You can refer below to the range variety as well.

The Clinelle Micellar Cleansers:

Now it is good to note that each of their products are very gentle on the skin and removes impurities effectively; plus they are formulated and manufactured in Korea as well. 

Also another thing that was noticed is that it does have a slight fresh scent but once you wash it off, it doesn't really linger. Plus this cleanser doesn't really foam up as much and neither does it strip the skin of its natural moisture but if you are looking to remove heavy makeup with it, we would suggest going in with a oil based cleanser first to remove any waterproof makeup.

So with this EE Cream, Clinelle has formulated it to do a 15-in-1 Multi Correction. It also has SPF50 PA+++ and comes in 2 shades which as mentioned above is in Ivory and Natural.

Hence in terms of texture, it is very similar to a CC Cream and great to use on a daily basis due to it being very comfortable and lightweight but the coverage for this is notable a little higher whilst giving the 15-in-1 Beautifying Functions such as the below.

Upon application, this cream is very  nice to put on and pretty effortless. Its non sticky formulation gives the skin a natural look; one which covers any imperfections while maintaining the skin's natural beauty. It's not high coverage but it give a very no makeup makeup look which is great to use on a daily basis.

Do however apply this over a well cleansed face, and you can use this with a primer or without as well as a tinted makeup base. On overall, it is nice to wear and attributing to the 2% Arbutin to even and brighten the skin; the finished effect lasts on the skin for a good 4 hours with very final touch ups. That is pretty impressive considering that this product has a strong SPF protection of 50 as well.
