Crème De La Crème Introduces its brand new beauty ice cream

Since its debut less than 6 months ago, Crème De La Crème (CDLC) is already very well known for its artisanal ice-cream and iconic petits gâteaux. Aimed with a singular mission to create the best artisanal ice cream for Malaysian (with 100% all natural, fresh, premium ingredients and no preservatives, artificial flavourings or colourings), CDLC has also remained faithful to its promise to continually excite its clientele.

The brand has thus introduced more than 10 new ice cream flavours to date, including latest bestsellers such as Gold Digger (salted caramel ice cream swirled with chocolate ganache and organic honey comb), Mango Sticky Rice (coconut ice cream swirled with mango sorbet, complemented with sticky rice and roasted mung beans) and Onde-onde (a petit gateau made from pandan kaya and coconut ice cream, ginger sorbet and infused with caramelised gula melaka).Hence with innovation and creativity becoming synonymous with CDLC, the brand thus offered its latest -the first ever 'beauty' ice cream in the world.

Now this is a collaboration with Dr. Steve Chia, the Medical Director of Sliq Clinic (a lifestyle aesthetic clinic); and this sugar-free treat, aptly named 'BeautyElixir,' contains lychee, sakura, rose water, glutathione, collagen and vitamin C. Studies have shown that these ingredients promote healthier and fairer skin, brighter and smoother skin tones and improvement of general well-being.

The Ingredients Within:

• Collagen: enhances metabolism, connects tissues, improves the elasticity of the skin, reduces wrinkle and increases smoothness and firmness of the skin. It also restores damaged skin and helps to improve blemishes, freckles, scars and brightness of the skin.

• Cherry Blossom (Sakura): known for its rich antioxidant levels, anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing, whitening and soothing properties. Rich in essential fatty acids, it repairs the skin’s natural barriers to lighten uneven pigmentation, promote suppleness, brightening and smoothness of skin.

• Lychee: A rich source of antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-complex, fibre and phytonutrient flavonoids which are effective in preventing early ageing and offers protection from free radicals and oxidative stress.

Now the Beauty Elixir ice cream is the first dessert of its kind, and for a fact that it combines skin health benefits with astronomical pleasure, it is all in all one scoop of great tasting ice cream.
