Selena Gomez's Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara from Rare Beauty has got to be hands down one of our favourite makeup releases for 2022, and having tried many mascaras over the years, we have to say that we are thoroughly captivated by this one.
Now Rare Beauty has certainly released some major hits since the brand launched; one prominently known as its weightless Soft Pinch Liquid Blush which in no time became a daily staple in the beauty community and with that we have to add this beauty, because with a single application of its vegan, paraben formula, not only did it make the lashes voluminous but it also made look extremely natural and effortless too.
The wand had seamless application and one coating to each of the lashes was more than enough to get the length and volume going. Additionally, there was no tugging nor clumping upon layering with the Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara and with it, the lashes looked longer, fuller and more present as well.
Additionally, under the Malaysian weather, the mascara held up well and having withstood our erratic weather conditions, we would have to say that in terms of its duration, it is certainly long wearing too. We personally prefer mascaras that don't take too much time and effort to apply but with one coat of the Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara, the lashes are volumizined and lengthen effortlessly.
