Starting off, this Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Shock is quite honestly a delish lip smacker that has such a wonderful lingering scent of watermelon when you give it a whiff. It acts like a balm with a little bit of color and consists of shea butter and vitamin E for moisturizing purposes.

Now even though it's color says Pink Shock, fret not for upon swatch it is actually quite light and sheer. There is no form of stickiness upon application and the most wonderful thing about this is that it does not transfer upon eating or drinking or for the most part, giving your loved one a quick peck on the cheek.

However, even though all is good on the formulation, one thing to take note of is that the packaging is a little bit of a worry as the product does not unscrew all the way to the bottom. So even if there is a slight mishap from the top cap, you will have small little dents all over the side of your lip balm.

Dolly Wink Eyeliner in Black

Dolly Wink's Eyeliner in Black is an eyeliner that highlights on intensity, sharpness and above all precision. Its felt tip deserves much praise in terms of its structure and great hold plus its soft tip also gives absolutely no irritation to the eyes upon application.

However, seeing that this was worn out for a whole day, it was a little disappointing to see that the eyeliner did not last as long as it should, especially near the lashes.

Nonetheless, one thing that is an absolute love for this particular liner is that besides its precision, it also gives a lovely blendable effect due to it's one minute drying effect. So for those of you who struggle with single eyelids, here is something to give you that extra edge.

Blending it out

For this day look what we are looking to create an illusion of a double eyelid, or more so to create a little bit of intensity to the top. So what you are going to do here is that you are going to go over your crease line and draw the Dolly Wink's Eyeliner in Black close to your outer lids.


Once done, take an angled brush and blend it over from the outer corners to the inner corners. This will give you a lovely enhancement to the eyes and will create a beautiful shadowy look to your crease.

Blend it out on the bottom lid as well

Of course, do remember to intensify the look on your bottom lid as well as you would need your whole eye look to become balanced. 

Basically just draw a thick line at the outer corner of your bottom lid under your waterline, take your angled brush and work your way in. This application works best within the first five seconds of applying your eyeliner for any more time needed might increase the chance of seeing a harsh line instead.
