• Roast Beef:

• For someone who is really picky with their red meat, the roast beef was undeniably the star of the show. Roasted to perfection and served with your selection of black pepper or mushroom sauce, every tender bite is guaranteed to melt in your mouth. We personally enjoyed it with a serving of red wine from the bar.

• Roast Turkey:

• The usual deal for every Christmases, roast turkeys are a staple for the holiday season and this one does not disappoint. Due to its high breast meat ratio, turkeys are notoriously tricky to cook as it’s prone to dryness. This turkey however remains moist in every bite. You’ll have your usual selection of black pepper, mushroom and cranberry sauce to go with it. 

• BBQ Grill Selection:

• Folks who loves BBQ might go crazy for this selection! You are spoiled to your selection of seafood and meat (mussels, squid, prawns, lamb and chicken), and grilled with any sauce of your choice! We had the lamb with teriyaki sauce, prawns marinated in tandoori sauce (our favourite!) and chicken with percik sauce.
