It's been slightly over two months since we have last updated here, but hope you guys are doing well. In the meantime, we do have something fun over here to review and as you can see from the above picture, it would be the Dior Addict Lip Maximiser.
Now Dior has recently reformulated these and knowing that this is one of their best selling glosses in the market, the brand has decided to include more stronger shades with different finishes in a more natural origin. Personally we are all for this as we are huge fans of the original formula and trying this out, we have to say that the new ones are just as good too.
Retailing at RM175, this one here is in the code 018 in Intense Spice, and has a smooth finish, a slight plumping but minty sensation with quite a decent lasting power. Since the new formula shades are quite opaque compared to the old formulation, it leaves quite a nice faded stain on the lips after wear. You would of course need to reapply it every 3-4 hours since its a gloss, but honestly that is not really a big issue overall.
Infused with hyaluronic acid and cherry oil, this new consistency is composed by 90% of natural origin ingredients. This particular color sits well on the lips and personally on tan skin, it looks really nice and natural on the lips.
We did have a look at all the shades at the Dior boutique and the color range of the newly formulated collection is beautiful. The range consists of finishes from shimmers, cream, even neutral to bolds and all in all its really pretty on. This particular shade is perfect to be worn on the daily as well. A definite must try for sure.
