Being a blogger is not always as easy as everyone thinks. Sometimes I believe that people do not give us enough credit for what we do but then again it is not about the praises that come our way but about the effort and passion on what we do.
This is where ServerFreak understands and henceforth I would like to give a big humongous thank you to both The Butterfly Project and ServerFreak for introducing us to a world where we can drive our concepts and shares digitally where blogging has officially become a platform that everyone is enabled access to.
Admittedly when I first started blogging, I didn't know the first thing about forming templates, adjusting backgrounds or playing around with HTML. So you can imagine what a nightmare it was for me learning all these things from scratch before I came up with the concept for my blog.
Hence on the 7th of December The Butterfly Team and ServerFreak decided to make a collaboration to teach us on how to make the progress easier by getting our own domain names, web-designs and flawless shared hostings. They called it The Butterfly Project High Tea ;)
Hosted by ServerFreak, this afternoon high tea was held at Show.Case, an event space located near a lake at Plaza Kelana Jaya. The atmosphere is very relaxed and is extremely perfect for High Tea.

Upon entry, there were two registration tables parked side by side; one by The Butterfly Project, another by ServerFreak.
Draped in sheer white linen cloth the two tables were set with each of their own things to give out during registration.

Once our registration was complete, we were given a package from Etude House and a book of our choice. I decided to go with an old but classic choice, Oliver Twist.
ServerFreak also provided us with a quirky yellow bag; inside detailing the information and itinerary for the day.

Tammy had also made notebooks for us where she had several patterns for us to put together on our own.
I took attention to a bright purple one at the end of the table and as you can see, I decided to put together the designs to form my desired look for the book so thank you so much Tammy for these :)
I was really happy that 123Cheese! Photo-Booth was also here for this event as well.
I absolutely love their photos and their candid snaps. Makes the process of taking pictures really fun and natural at the same time ;)
So thank you 123Cheese! Photobooth for taking such wonderful snapshots and making this event such a memorable affair for us. I have to say that they are one of the best photo-booths I have come to know by far that provide such excellent service.

Tea was served in a dainty little English teacup and there were even choices of miniature chocolates for us to sample. Theme of the day; pink. Thank you Ask Joey - The Sweetest Party for such a wonderful set-up.

Later on, we came to know that one of the main purpose of this event was actually the launch of the official website for The Butterfly Project Malaysia! There was a cake cutting ceremony with the team and I have to say major love for the template that ServerFreak did for them <3 Congratulations Butterfly Team!

After the cake cutting ceremony to celebrate the launch of the new website, we took some food and sat down at our seats. Edazz, our lovely songbird for the night entertained us with her powerful rendition of Whitney Houston's Greatest Love of All.

Kay from GlossyAllure on the other hand was our Emcee of the day and did a splendid job at it. She kept the audience alive and energetic throughout the whole high tea event and had such a wonderful time doing it as well. Good job hun!
There were also gifts by L'Occitane and ServerFreak for the lucky draw winners along with a huge teddy bear for the Best Dressed.
