Lancôme Grandiôse Liner

Using the Lancôme Grandiôse Liner

Lately, I have been hearing a lot of rave reviews about Lancôme's newest addition that is the Grandiôse Liner, and seeing that I have been a huge fan of their Grandiôse Waterproof Mascara that is within the same range for the past couple of months now, it would only seem fair to the liner junkie in me to give this one a go to see how it would take to my liking.

The Packaging

Now the one thing that you should know about me, is that besides being a lipstick kind of girl, another investment that I often go for in makeup are eyeliners. Gel, pencil, liquid in all shapes and shades are my forte, so coming across a super jet black liner in this form of packaging certainly did make me a slight bit curious on how it might work.

The Packaging

So first things first, let's talk about the unique design that the Lancôme Grandiôse Liner has. The concept of this features a bendable wand, which to my pleasant surprise gave me more control on application, together with a solid felt tip that also gave better access to the root of the lashes.

Easier Application

Plus in addition to that, the product also has a flick precision that adapts really well to any eye shape, and seeing that I have slightly hooded lids, this aspect was pretty much a godsend on my end.

The Bendable Wand
The Consistency

In terms of the formulation, the Grandiôse Liner is really pigmented and in just one stroke, it gives a very even matte line that doesn't smudge or budge in any way. Being pretty surprised at how much I enjoy using it due to liking my application wands pretty thin; but this one really is a treat as it gives the eye a great, crisp sharp wing; and you would really not need much effort to layer it on over and over again to ensure that your eyeliner does not shift.

The Applicator

The jet black matte effect for this really takes the cake and overall, I have to say that this has been one of my top go to liners that I often reach for these days. I especially love using it to create a very thick wing and using it together with Lancôme's Grandiôse Waterproof Mascara, it gives this really lovely Audrey Hepbourn \ Twiggy effect which I am really starting to take a liking to.

On my end, I might need to score another one or two of these once I finish using up this bottle, but in the meantime for those of you who are curious on its retail, the Lancôme Grandiôse Liner is priced at RM115 at all of their counters and Sephora stores. Plus seeing that it is only available in Color 01 in Noir Mirifique (Black), you can certainly find out more on their Official Website and Facebook Page for further details.

Xx!
