|Kat Von D Alchemist Holographic Palette|
More often than not, when the world of highlighters and holographic shades collide, one would get an incredible iridescent palette for the taking. I have heard much about the Kat Von D Alchemist Palette being spread across the social media platform, and were it not already for its amazing packaging; the four hues within it as well were also certainly more than enough to give it a go.

In terms of packaging, the design is completely on point, with a holographic tone on the sleeve and a similar pure white one on the inside. It is surprisingly small but the four colors within is certainly worth the USD32 price tag that it comes with, as it is intensely pigmented and only needs a light hand to apply the shades.

Mixing with these shades are lovely too and if you would like to create intensity with them, you can also go in softly and slowly build up the colors of your choice. The product picks up easily and as there is hardly any fallout, all four hues blend in very nicely with the skin which is great as well.
What is lovely about the palette though is that it is a face transformer palette; which means that it is extremely versatile, so instead of using it for only the cheeks, it can also can be used to create beautiful eye looks and even a customized lip shade as you can see on the above. You can also choose to apply this to your collarbone too, just in case you might want to highlight that area as well.

On overall, the palette is lovely but working it to my skintone, the highlights did not really show as much due to it being a little more on the frosty side. However I did love playing around with it in terms of creating lip and eye shades, so I suppose that it is a win win on both sides. In the meantime, you can find this palette available at sephora.com.
