Celebrating Christmas with XES Shoes

Celebrating it's 11th anniversary, XES Shoes is a brand that prides itself for developing perfect and affordable footwear for family everyday use.

Prioritizing in excellent customer service as well, XES Shoes was founded under Shellys Marketing Sdn Bhd in 2002 and has now more than 80 outlets spread out across various shopping and retail complexes.

Hence a couple of days before Christmas, we were invited to their store in Festival City Mall as part of an exclusive blogger event to celebrate the upcoming celebration with them.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly faces and pretty little Santarinas who were looking absolutely fab in the signature splash of red and white.

With regards to XES Shoes collection, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the men's section had just as much of a range of wonderful designs as the ladies. Ranging from sandles, slip-ons and shoes, I have to say that they were extremely stylish too.

As for the ladies, I loved the designs for their slip-ons and heels.


Designed for the ultimate comfort for family and loved ones, you could see that the classic simplicity of detail and design definitely played a big part into making XES Shoes what it is.

Another interesting note to take in as well is that XES Shoes does not only make lovely footwear but they also have their own line of bags as well.

The XES range of handbags and totes are perfect to have around for any form of casual outings, work or even for a good night out; all keeping in mind with XES Shoes motto of catering to what the customer wants, not what the brand wants for them.

Meeting Sabrina Chin, the PR Manager for the lovely household name of XES Shoes was an absolute delight. She was very thoughtful, friendly and helpful throughout the entire event. I felt that she  represented the persona of XES Shoes extremely well.

After making a short introduction on the brand and thanking us for taking the time to come to the event, Sabrina also revealed that she had a little surprise for us in store.


She mentioned that in view of the celebration of Christmas, she would like to extend not 1 but 2 gifts to us completely free of charge and the best part was that we were allowed to pick anything we wanted from the store itself!


What a delightful surprise that was to all of us. The immediate reaction of us girls was really funny at that point as there was a lot of cheers, laughter and surprised looks on everyone's faces.

Since it was Christmas, I decided to go for a little diamante heel in the jolly color red. The design also reminded me of the shoes that Dorothy had from the Wizard of Oz. So for the brand new year of 2014, I shall find my yellow brick road and walk down the path with my awesome new high heels.

For my second choice, I decided to get a pair of shoes for my fiancee. After all sharing is caring right? I was actually thinking of getting a pair for him for Christmas so as luck would have it, the timing was perfect.


Sabrina was a real doll as she assisted me to getting the right size for my other half. As Dan's feet size was a size 44/ size 12, it is usually quite difficult in getting for him a size that fits.


However, we finally found a pair that served him well and headed both pairs to the gift wrapping counter to get them gift-wrapped.
