L'Occitane's Pivoine Sublime Skincare Trio

At the launch

Heads up ladies and gents; it looks like new additions will be coming your way from the Pivoine Sublime range from L'Occitane. This is an exciting moment for all of us in skincare for not only are we talking about achieving petal soft skin but also, just because this particular range consists of an exquisite line of perfecting skincare products that works for all complexions. That's right.

L'Occitane Pivoine Sublime Skincare Trio

The Range
Peonies everywhere

Now previously, the brand had introduced to us on its perfect peony collection of four which included a Skin Perfector, Perfecting Cream, Skin Tone Perfecting Cream and a refreshing Perfecting Mist; and while all 4 were great products, there was still something amiss.

So with a dream of achieving skin perfection, L'Occitane has now introduced its new skincare trio that focuses on the three core aspects of fresh, healthy skin which are of course our basics of cleansing, exfoliating and toning.

Launched in 2015

These new additions are the power of 3 new basics and following from stem to stern, we have first the 2 in 1 Perfecting Scrub that takes away all impurities and dead cells, a Perfecting Make-Up Remover that of course wipes off the dirt and grime and finally a Perfecting Toner which is your refreshing step to revive the complexion. Each of these products results in clean, smooth, petal soft, hydrated skin so to make the best out of your skincare regime, it would be advisable to use them daily.

Details & Retails: (Availability 1st June 2016 Onwards)

  • 2 in 1 Perfecting Scrub: RM128 (100ml)
  • Perfecting Make-Up Remover: RM105 (200ml)
  • Perfecting Toner: RM98 (200ml)

A Closer Look at the Make Up Remover

Now while each of these products have the Perfecting Peony Complex, the formulation truly comes at its best when combined with its perfecting active ingredients. This includes enzymatic hydrolysis that breaks down the molecules of a substance into small fragments and the new Paeonia Lactiflora which in turn is extremely rich in natural plant sugars.

Over time, these ingredients help to correct irregularities in skin textures while providing exceptional hydration. Pores and fine lines are thus minimized too and the complexion's radiance is beautifully enhanced.

Tinted Lip Balms

Now in terms of makeup, we also would like to mention these beautiful Tinted Lip Balms that retail for RM85 each and as seen from the picture above, they come in four shades; Rose Nude, Rose Prune, Rose Ambre and Transparent. With these, natural color is heightened, lips feel soft, comfortable and highly moisturized.

Overall Collection

Overall the collection is stunning and personally the three new additions are like adding a feather in the cap towards an already amazing collection.
