Korean skincare and makeup has become all the rage in Asia lately, and it made me tremendously delighted to find that a beloved brand, Laneige had launched its latest boutique in the heart of KL.


Located at Pavilion Elite, Kuala Lumpur, this new concept store is stationed on the 4th floor and has introduced three brand new boutique-exclusive beauty on the go products which are the Laneige Travel Kit, Scented Card, Lip Card and Water Pocket Sheet Mask.

Carrying the full range of the brand's skincare and makeup as well together with its new Milky Way Holiday Collection, let's first take a look at its Travel Essentials and what it entails. Plus with the retail for each of these products being considered as more than affordable, each packaging that goes along with it is extremely complimentary as well.

The Water Pocket Sheet Mask

• Each pack comes with a colorful DIY sticker (Except Homme) and has 4 travel sized product essentials within. There are 3 varieties which is Catch Me: Home Active Water Care, Pick Me: Light Care and Bring Me: Moisture Care.

• Scented Card | RM62 per box (5 cards within) | 3 Variants

• A portable diffuser to freshen up any area. Can be kept in luggage, bags and closets and contains Laneige's exclusive Sleepscent that can help you relax. There are three fragrances to select from which are Lavender, Cotton and Eucalyptus. 

• Water Pocket Sheet Mask | RM11| 7 Variants

• Best used before layering with a sleeping mask and transfers moisture as a whole to the skin for longer moisture retention. Structured with 100% Polyproplene which resembles the skin structure, it fits well and is available in 7 types that is in Skin Relief, White Plus Renew, Sparkling Water, Water Bank, Water Sleeping Mask, Time Freeze and Clear C.

• Lip Card | RM 7 | 20 Variants

• A compact wallet sized lip product that is great for those who like to experiment with different colors. Great to use when travelling and has 20 shades which are available exclusively at all Laneige boutiques.

Another two additions that will be available in stores as well will be the Laneige Sleeping Ball which as referenced in the picture above is a sleeping mask in capsule form that is available in 6 selections (Water, Firming, Whitening,Homme, Hand and Foot) at RM6- RM13, and the Water Science Mist (120ml) that is in 7 formulations for Soothing, Whitening, Brightening, Moisturizing, Mist Pack,Face-Fit and Anti-Oxidant, retailing at RM79 each.

As for Laneige's Holiday Collection 2016 'Milkyway Fantasy', you will find their full galactic display right in the center of their Pavilion Elite boutique, amidst their lip and brush care range. Here you will find two selections; one in skincare and another in makeup, but the range that attracted the most attention was certainly the cosmetic line where five items in total were featured.
