Japan's First Skincare Solutions for Sensitive Asian Skin | Curél

On Curél

When it comes to sensitive skin, the first thing that one looks for in a skincare product are the two main keywords; 'safe' and 'effective'.

Reason being is because while there are indeed certain concerns  of hyper-reactivity going on around the face, corrective products tend to be a bit potent and hence quite strong on their own, and thus may cause inflamed side effects that can be harmful and rough to the skin. Such discomfort can result in roughness, dryness, irritation, itching and redness.

The Products

In kind, Kao Japan's skincare research team paid particularly close attention to customers' concerns over skin problems, thus discovered that dry and sensitive skin was actually caused by a lack of Ceramide. Thus the highly anticipated brand under the Kao range, Curél now offers a holistic range of products that combat sensitive skin problems at its root.

Testing on hydration levels

Specially formulated and clinically proven to support dry and sensitive skin, Curél can also be used on babies with dry and sensitive skin conditions. This all stems from Curél's breakthrough technology, the Advance Intensive Moisture Ceramide Care technology.

The Two Ranges

Now there are two ranges to this that comes highly recommended by Kao's skin specialists and these are the Intensive Moisture Care series and the Sebum Trouble Care series. Apart from these, the brand also has a UV Protection Essence to protect sensitive skin against UV damage while restoring Ceramide for a healthier skin barrier.

Overall

In terms to its availability, Curél is now available at selected Watsons stores (Mid Valley, One Utama, Suria KLCC, Sunway, MyTown and Pavilion KL).
