Ultimate Hydration | True or False with Hada Labo's Premium Cream

The Hada Labo Premium Cream

Supplying our skin with hydration and anti-aging products seems to be climbing to the number 1 priority for skincare as we get on with age. However not all ranges can assist well to it for moisturization to the skin can be a tricky business; where too little of it has near to no effect and too much of it can cause oil seeds or sometimes even blemishes to pop out time and again.

Infused with 5 types of Hyaluronic Acid

However we have a new product in our hands that we have been going on trial with, and that is the new Hydrating Premium Cream  by Hada Labo. It is infused with 5 types of Hyaluronic Acid, and claims to deliver the ultimate moisturizing effect that would relieve your skin from any form of dryness.
.
The 5 Types of Hyaluronic Acid (HA)

  • Hyaluronic Acid:
    • Forms a layer of moisture retnetion barrier on the skin's surface to prevent moisture loss.
  • Super Hyaluronic Acid:
    • Has 2 times the moisture retention capacity of HA to lock and retain large volume of moisture inside the skin for super hydration.
  • Nano Hyaluronic Acid:
    • A fine molecule size that can penetrate deeply into the inner skin layers.
  • Absorbent Hyaluronic Acid:
    • Has a strong holding feature that allows the HA to stay longer on the skin.
  • 3D Hyaluronic Acid:
    • Closely bound together to form a 3D moisture net that wraps the skin to provide superior and long lasting moisture retention.

The Texture

Now here is our take on it. In terms of providing moisturization in our humid weather, the product does well and provides the skin with good moisture that keeps the skin well hydrated throughout the day. We do however think that the product would be better suited for extremely dry skin or for those who are in really in cold climates countries for it is also rich in essence - and thus upon travelling, would then be able to retain moisture for long haul flights as well.

What You Need To Know About Hada Labo's Premium Cream:

  • Is a rich and velvety-textured cream.
  • Absorbs almost instantly into the skin.
  • Strengthens the skin's moisture barrier.
  • It results in a fresh, smooth and youthful complexion.

Swatched

On overall, the Premium Cream certainly delivers the results as promised in its description, and in terms it being in the brand's Premium Range, it is good to note that the collection is PH balanced, free of alcohol, fragrance, colorant and mineral oil. It is also suitable for normal, dry and dehydrated skin types and retails at RM 69.90 for 50grams at all leading pharmacies and supermarkets nationwide.
