The usage of this can be utilized daily if needed, but if you do not have too much of excessive hair fall, up to three times a week is just as good. The directions are simple, where you would need to just spray onto the scalp and massage it in gently with the finger tips, however it is best to do it after a bath, so you can work it on a cleaner surface.
