The Lancôme Matte Shakers |
Today we are going to be taking a look at the Lancôme Matte Shakers, and here we have with us 3 shades, which are in Pink Power, Magic Orange and in Red'y in 5. Now there are over 7 shades in total which are currently available at Sephora, and they are described as a highly pigmented matte liquid lip that delivers intense color payoff, with a lightweight, second skin feel.

Now the shade range that is at hand is great for Spring and Summer wear, for it garners the perfect amount of attention that you would want for a matte lip. The packaging has a slight difference to its original launch, where its cap is a sleek black rather then silver, but other than that, the casing pretty much remains constant throughout its release.
How To Use:
- Give the beads within to soak the applicator around 15 times or so.
- Apply the cushion directly onto the lips to build the color.
- Layering can be done several times to intensify the color, but do it after the previous layer has dried down.
- Once it has dried down, you will see a lightweight and comfortable matte finish.

Close Up |
In terms of its pigmentation, it was found that the color payoff was much stronger than its previous release. The texture was ultra lightweight and the best part was that it was also long wearing, hydrating to the lips and it also leaves a stain after wearing it for more than 3-4 hours.

The product also doesn't transfer after it has dried down which is a huge plus and while it does not have a mousse like consistency like most matte lipsticks out there, it does give a nice 2nd skin finish which settles comfortably on the lips upon wear.

Thoughts |
On overall, we like the fact that there is no need to re-dip the consistency for the Lancôme Matte Shaker, for after shaking it, the applicator gives the perfect amount of product to coat the lips evenly. However it is noticed that in order to get a more deeper color, you can always have the option of layering your shade of choice for that. In the meantime for more details, you can always head on over to Lancôme's
Official Facebook Page and
Website for further information, and as for its availability, you can also check out the shade range at
Sephora Online as well.
