Recently in December last year, Joico released its latest hair care range called K-Pak which is a reconstructing haircare range that targets to repair damaged hair. Now I am sure that most of you already know this already, but I am an avid user of Joico and have been for quite a few years already; & an absolute favourite out of their home-care series that I adore has been the Defy Damage range which just gives the most beautiful results to my hair.
Hence, I took a personal interest to the K-Pak line when it was launched, because not only does it target to repair damaged hair like what the Defy Damage range does, but it also fortifies, reconstructs and strengthens it too.
So here we have both the shampoo and the conditioner, which are essentials to any home-care series, and having used both of them over the course of 2 weeks, I have to say that it left my hair feeling very soft and in good condition. Plus seeing as I am quite skeptical with conditioners as they tend to leave the strands quite weighty, this one didn't do it at all, but instead leaves the hair lightweight, soft and shiny which is just great.
The Joico K-Pak Range:
- Joico K-Pak Reconstructing Shampoo | 300ml:
- Gently cleanses damage hair. Apply it to wet hair, lather, rinse and repeat.
- Joico K-Pak Reconstructing Conditioner | 250ml:
- Smooths, detangles and reduces static. Apply to clean, damp hair, leave in for 1 minute and rinse.
I also do want to mention that the scent on this is really nice and the formulation also cleanses the scalp really well. It leaves a nice bounce and volume to it which I really enjoy too. Plus if you have curly hair that deals with frizziness from time to time, you definitely might want to give this range a go because it also tapers and tames down the frizziness splendidly too.
All in all, I really like both of these products, for they go hand in hand together quite well. For it not only cleanses excess dirt and oil off the strands well, but I am noticing less tangles too which is just great. In the meantime, if you would like to know more on the range, you can check them out at Joico's Official Website as well.
