Pure Beauty BB & CC Cream Review

For 2021, there has been a good demand for CC and BB Creams as of late and it's not only because it is straightforward and easy to apply, but it also gives a more natural finish to the skin as well. Now the two that we have here is by Pure Beauty and the variants differ in a sense that the BB Cream conceal pores for skin perfection and the latter which is the CC Cream, corrects colour for a luminous finish.

Now personally I have plenty of friends who enjoy a good BB or CC Cream because they have told me that it cuts down their beauty routine down by half, especially when they are in a rush. Having used both on my end on occasion as well, I can understand of course, because both CC and BB Creams give a very effortless no makeup, makeup look; together with multiple skincare benefits in a single application.

However as mentioned above, BB and CC Creams are two very distinct things that serves differently towards people's needs. Fo one, BB Creams are known as Blemish Balm Creams that caters to conceal skin imperfections (pores, dark circles and more) for a naturally radiant complexion.

Before Application

As for the Pure Beauty variant, the range has 2 shades available in 01 Ivory and 02 Natural; & it is also a makeup product with a 10-in-1 skincare benefits (blue light protection as well) and has an exceptional moisturising aspect upon application which I thoroughly enjoy. The finishing on this is lightweight and the texture delivers a rather silky and soft finishing which is really nice as well.

As for CC Creams, they are known as a Complexion Corrector Cream, meaning to say that this one focuses more on evening out skin tones while enhancing skin's translucency and radiance. A similar aspect for this with the BB Cream is that it also has multiple skincare benefits, but  focuses on brightening, moisturising and protecting the skin while improving the skin's radiance.

So, seeing as both of these cater to different types of wants for application, it really depends on preferences when it comes to its selection. However, what I really enjoy about the Pure Beauty range as you can see from the above, is that the product usage of it is not only straightforward, but it also blends into the skin wonderfully too. Additionally, both of these also have an innovative dropper system where you would only need a single dosage per pump and this makes it less messy when using the product, as well as keeping it more hygienic too.

All in all, both of these are great in their own way so I really do wish they were talked about more in the beauty community as they are really nice to use. Plus each of these are suitable to all skin types as well, as the duo has antioxidant and moisturising ingredients within, but if you would like to know more, you can definitely check them out on Watson's Official Website as well.
