Body Shop's Moisture White Shiso 2 in 1 Brightening Eye Cream Review

Sometimes it gets really hard to find a good eye cream in the midst of so many beauty products that are currently being presented in the market. Personally, I have tried many brands on my own to get rid of my awful panda eyes but I would always get stumped whenever the beauty consultants would ask me whether I would need either a hydrating cream, a brightening one or even a lifting gel one for that matter.

So when Body Shop came out with it's latest Moisture White Shiso 2 in 1 Brightening Eye Cream, I took a chance and sampled the product for a full month. I think what really stood out for me besides it's formulation was it's Premium Metal Micro Circulating Applicator which gave my eyes a very soothing feel when packing on the product. It is also said to heighten the circulation of the eye as well.

I think what I really liked about this product was the fact that it was made by natural elements. You know how I sometimes go on and on about natural products right? Same thing. 

Retailing at RM115 at all Body Shop stores, the Body Shop Moisture White 2 in One Brightening  Eye Cream consists of the Shiso Complex which is made up of four potent ingredients which are Shiso, Vitamin C, Liquorice and Community Fair Trade Organic Aloe Vera. With a strong combination of other ingredients, the product is also anti-bacterial and targets pigmentation hence reducing early melanin-making signals to help result in having brighter and more luminous skin.

Swatching on the product, the scent reminded me a little of my nephew's Johnson Baby Lotion. The absorption is extremely fast once it is swatched on the eye and the texture is extremely light and not sticky at all.

Admittedly, I expected a sticky residue to form after letting the product do it's magic overnight but I was amazed to find my skin rather supple and soft in the morning after each application. 

Alright so above is the results just after four weeks of usage and as you can see the results are pretty amazing. I had received compliments from friends during my third week, so for people to actually take notice and ask me how did I get my eyes to brighten was a quite a big highlight for me.
