At the media launch, we were treated to a discovery of Maybelline's latest Big Eyes range, complete with a full eye make over along with great company and wonderful food. In conjunction with the launch of the Big Eyes Mascara, Maybelline New York also invited fashion designer, Kitte YiYi to showcase her outfits from her Pre-Fall Collection.

Going through the explanation of application and demonstration from Senior Product Executive of Maybelline Malaysia Jojo Tan, the launch was a great success.


Which brings to another matter that I would like to bring to light on; which is from 10th of November 2014 onwards, Maybelline New York will be hosting a "Get the Party Started with Maybelline" competition where you will be able to stand a chance to win an all-expenses paid makeup party of your dreams.


So what are the mechanics?

1) Make a purchase of RM50 worth of any Maybelline New York Products.

2) Take a "we-fie" photo with five of your girlfriends and upload it on the maybellinesimplyfab Facebook page. Remember to tag everyone, including Maybelline.

3) Finish off with a creative caption to describe your dream party.

4) Email the photo and proof of purchase to Maybelline at maybellinemalaysia@loreal.com

5) The three most creative entries will win the makeup party of their dreams and winners will play host to their five tagged girlfriends at the party of a lifetime, with all costs and expenses fully sponsored by Maybelline.

Not only that but from the 22nd December 2014 to 3rd of January 2015, you can also join Maybelline as they "Take the Party to Watsons." A special booth will be set up at selected Watsons stores where expert makeup artists will give free makeovers and advice to women who want to achieve the "Big Eyes" look effortlessly with Maybelline.


If you are a Watsons VIP Card Member, you will  also stand a chance to double your prize and win an exclusive Kate Spade bag when you join in the competition.

  4. I'm not sure if this is already available here in our country. The mascara looks promising and perfect for eyelashes like mine that is thin and sparse.
