Being a first time user of Dr. Lewinn's, we took a good look at their two of their new skincare products - which is the 4 Fusion Cleansing Oil and Purifying Toner that has been introduced to the market recently.


Having heard of good things on the 4 Fusion Cleansing Oil that restores skin radiance while removing traces of makeup and impurities, we were interested to give it a go but as we weren't familiar with the purifying toner, it was decided to combine the two into our night time skincare routine to see how the difference would pan out.

The Cleansing Oil

Now the 4 Fusion Cleansing Oil is suitable for all skin types as it regulates your skin's natural oil production without leaving an oily residue.


There are four steps to using it, one where both hands and face have to be dry upon application and next is to use slightly wet hands to emulsify the product into the skin. Finally, the last step is to take a damp cloth and rinse the face of impurities and makeup before applying the toner.

The removal of makeup in one swipe

The steps seems simple enough to do and what we really enjoyed in this process is how easy the makeup removal process of this was. Granted that it can't be used near the eyes as advised (best to use a separate makeup remover for this), but nonetheless, the results the product gave to the skin was great as the appearance boosted brightness and radiance.

Review:

• Pros: Suitable for all skin types, removes impurities and heavy makeup.
• Cons: Unable to remove eye makeup.
• Benefits: Skin became soft, radiant and bright.

Dr. Lewinns Purifying Toner

The Purifying Toner

As for the Purifying Toner, it gave great results to the skin and this was because the base of the product is Glycolic Acid which minimizes pores very well.

We were surprised with how wonderfully this worked for dry skin too as most toners do not suit very well to them, but as this particular one was alcohol free, it gave a more refining result to the appearance of pores, leaving the face soft to the touch.

Review:

• Pros: Minimizes pores, leaves the skin soft and is alcohol free.

• Cons: None.

• Benefits: Pores are more refined and skin is left refreshed after use.

On Overall
