|Product Highlights from the Vitamin E Range|
Due to hot and humid weather conditions, prioritizing skincare is on a high rise right now, and the one ingredient that has absolute moisturizing power here is hyaluronic acid. You see, on a personal note whenever I regard products, the first thing that I would take a hard look at would be its ingredients list and the one thing about me is that if I do see this element within, you can bet your bottom dollar that I will invest in it.
So when The Body Shop relaunched its best selling Vitamin E Range that was reformulated with biofermented hyaluronic acid, I was over the moon and thus testing the range, I have come up with two highlights which I absolutely loved about the collection which as usual are listed below for easier reference.
The Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Boost Essence Lotion
New Addition (RM72 | 160ml)
|The Vitamin E Essence Lotion|
This lotion is the very first skincare step after cleansing and with its lightweight formula, it gives an amazing non-greasy feel to the skin. What I really enjoyed whilst using it was the long lasting hydration which was found to be pleasantly surprising as I didn't have to do much touch up on the skin throughout the day. The skin felt instantly replenished with moisture and after application (about 10 minutes in), the texture also felt softer, smoother and much more supple. Would certainly go for a repurchase with this one.
The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream
Best Seller (RM79 | 50ml)
|Vitamin E Moisture Cream|
First and foremost, this item is a god send and I am really not joking about that aspect because the texture of this product is so lightweight but yet it locks in moisture for a full day hydration. Now it probably sounds like I will be raving about this for awhile but The Body Shop did an excellent job with this one for not only does the effect ward off dryness and flakes, but with the formulated Vitamin E, the skin also feels soft and silky resulting in a more radiant look. I find that this is a great product to apply on at night; especially if you are planning to head out the next morning fresh-faced with a lustrous glow.
|The Moisture Protect Emulsion (New Addition)|
|The Results on the Skin using all three products|
Overall the newly relaunched Vitamin E range was a delight to trial and seeing that the collection also has a Moisture Protect Emulsion retailing at RM90 (which are lighter versions of moisturizers) that comes with SPF 30 PA+++ for day to day use (a new addition), it would certainly be a worthwhile investment (especially for those who have dry skin) that would not make much of a dent in your pocket.
