Experiencing Phyto

At the Phyto Mane Event

I think the first time I heard about Phyto was back in Australia when I was constantly scrolling through the scores of hair-care products on YouTube that would help assist in dry and damaged hair. #lifeofayoutubegeek

I had horrible dull strands back then and the constant change of weather did not help, so discovering new haircare items to help regain its shine and health was a priority and stumbling across Phyto was definitely one of those good moments.

Experiencing the products with Phyto's International Trainer Kristy Cheung

Long before this brand came into Malaysia, I remember the only way how I used to purchase it back in Australia was to painstakingly search through salons that had the stock; and that too had to be on the specific product that I wanted.

So imagine my delight when Phyto was introduced to Malaysia upon my return and even so to the extent of branching out to Sephora. Personally, a constant favorite of mine up to this date is still the PhytoJoba shampoo that has a rather slight coconuty fragrance that softens and shines locks.

Product Hightlight: Phytodensium

So whilst attending the Mane event to experience the products with Phyto, I was immensely taken with the collection that they had just for hair-care. Admittedly it was a rather vast range (which was an eye opener) but since each product was there to tackle different sorts of hair issues, you would really know that Phyto is just one of those hair-care brands that really delved into the science of it, hence would truly have the solution for any type of hair problem your crowning glory would come across.

The consistency

However among all the products, I was impressed with one in particular and that was the Phytodensium. This was a very powerful anti aging serum that with just a few drops, the hair strength and density would be increased. Now even though I know I used the term 'anti-aging' don't think for one second that this would only be for graying strands. For even those who are loosing their locks, the Phytodensium would also be solving fix.

Benefits, How To and Results

B: Boost level of Melanin and prevent future damage to strands.

HT: Shake before use on towel dried scalp, comb through and do not rinse. Can be applied to roots before styling.

R: Extra strength, density, delay graying, volume and shine.

With the team at Phyto

All in all the Mane event was definitely a great insight to all the range of botanical products that Phyto had. Plus doing session shares with Kristy on how to maintain and balance the scalp and strands gave a great perspective on how to properly use each hair-care item and do post care as well.

On a personal note, I would recommend this brand to anyone, especially those who are experiencing dullness, loss of hair or horrible breakage. I was in those shoes once and Phyto products really did do wonders to my hair. So if you are looking to check out their collection, I would highly propose to review them their Official Website and Facebook Page out first and then lock in the item that you are wanting to give a try.

To give you a rough estimate on their prices, their shampoos retail about RM100 a bottle which admittedly is a little pricey but if you are looking for something specific to help your hair, simply know the product that you are going for and it will be a worthwhile investment.

Xx!

    1. For the shampoo you can apply it normally like how you would any other range but there are hair serums in Phyto that are specifically used for the scalp and the root of the hair. For those there is usually a nozzle to assist in the application :)
